    For the money, this is a fantastic little machine. I love the fact thay no oil is required. Simply put in the kernels and turn on. Super easy to use and clean. Do it outdoors though or your smoke detectors will go off and your house will be covered in green snow. Take safety precautions too as you’re effectively removing the only safety feature.

I buy ice cream sauce ( toffee is fave at the mo) squeeze some into the measure cup and put it on top of the machine while i’m popping the corn and it warms the sauce up nicely and just pour it on when the pop corn is in the bowl, quick stir to cover all the corn and that it.

The popcorn comes out stale, chewy and tasteless. There’s no crunch at all, it’s almost like chewing on little bits of paper. Without being cooked in anything flavorful you will have to rely on coating in salt, sugar or spices. Which is all pointless because it’s so dry nothing will stick unless you toss it with oil or butter. And if you’re having to do that. Then what’s the point in buying an air-popper?i binned it after about three uses. It’s portion size cup was the best thing about it. Buy a wok, tinfoil and use the alton brown method of popcorn making. Three tablespoons of oil, your seasoning and tinfoil. That’s all you need for some seriously good popcorn, not the rubbish this makes.

But the machine is small and makes 1 small cup so not suitable for a family of 3 or 4 but yes suitable for a single person. I’m a bit disappointed in it.
