KitchenCraft Home Made Sausage Maker – Solid construction and easy to use even for an amateur like myself

Fast delivery well happy with, soon after made use of a number of situations lacks suction on table.

Cracking bit of package so simple to use and with the numerous distinctive sizing nozzles provided you can make any dimensions sausage you want. I have acquired this alongside with a meat grinder and so i can make any flavour i want- my favorite so far is pork, apple and leek. The only minor grumble i may perhaps have is that the amount of money of meat you can place within in 1 go is not that massive but that’s not seriously that large a deal as it truly is so quick to refill and carry only.

Flawlessly sufficient tiny device. I bought this to experiment with creating my personal sausages, with the intention of trading up to a thing additional strong if the experiment was a achievements. I’m effectively and really hooked home made sausages are outstanding and perfectly truly worth the effort. But i have not desired to trade up the sausage pusher. It really is not ideal, but it’s flawlessly serviceable and performs nicely ample for the price tag. Here are the specifications for the KitchenCraft Home Made Sausage Maker:

  • Home Made sausage maker
  • The sausage maker comes with three funnels for making a variety of different sizes sausages
  • Size are 15mm, 19mm and 22mm with a capacity of 1kg / 2lbs
  • Hand wash only
  • 12 month guarantee

Undoubtedly a lot a lot easier to take care of for a amateur than an electric powered equipment – when it all goes mistaken prevent turning. The only uncomfortable portion was washing and loading the pure chipolata casings, but that would be the identical for any machine and i am certain that i will get much better at it. I extremely advocate this, specially if you only want to make a kilo or so of each of several recipes.

Effortless to assemble, operate and cleanse. In purchase to get the previous bit of meat out, place a couple of slices of bread by means of.

Reviews from purchasers :

  • Never been stuffed so well !
  • Perfecly adequate.
  • Ok for occasional use

Suction is no excellent, cannot keep on surface area, need to have refilling the tube with meat incredibly frequent which i locate it tough.

Effectively made product procured for myself as i am fascinated in being aware of what goes into the food stuff i take in. For that reason motive to purchase. Reliable construction and simple to use even for an newbie like myself. Would recommend item and seller to any individual wanting to make own sausages.

So uncomplicated compared to electrical one that broke. The screw fittings a little bit gritty and tough to line up. But arrived quickly, it functions and i’m pleased.

A minor fiddly to use but terrific at the time you get the cling of it. I would endorse two persons to function this properly. You can then pick what mixture of flavour/body fat level you want if your sausages.

I put in more than £100 on my mincing and stuffing equipment. The nozzle was way too massive for making chipolatas. This comes with 3 distinctive measurements and is so considerably simpler to use. The control of stuffing pace based mostly on how rapidly you convert the take care of would make it much easier to use than an electrical equipment. It does not waste much sausage mix and cleansing is rather simple too. I haven’t noticed sizeable metallic colouring in the combine as some other folks have reported. For the cost i consider this is an ideal commence to sausage building.

A good product and stays firmly on operate prime when utilizing. Normally takes a little bit of apply to get the necessary pace of pushing sausage meat as a result of as it can arrive out alternatively big if you are much too slow. Chef on tv prompt, when creating sausages, that you divide into sausages just after it has long gone by means of device. Never try and use the skins when chilly however.

I have not tried using with a mincer with sausage stuffer and just after this i you should not want also. Excellent top quality stainless and great for the job. Ahead of you thread the pores and skin on thrust a minimal of the sausage out of the conclusion of the plastic tube and see the final results as it gets rid of the sharp edges and improves that element one hundred%.

Garments is advisable in the course of procedure to avert undesirable incidents.

This resource does particularly what it states on the tin. A single fill will deliver about eight good sized sausages. As soon as concluded it be easier to just wash and shop.

Functions terrific – is inexpensive – do the occupation. Place the clear steel parts in the freezer 20 min right before working with it. Keep business on any clean smooth surface. The little volume of the sausage maker depart room the creating various varieties of sausages of a lesser amount of money of meat.

So effortless to clean up and really perfectly created.

Quick to established up, simple to use, quick to clear. Now we make our own sausages and know precisely what is in them.

It can cause a challenge if your worktop is just not completely clean, as the suction pad won’t perform correctly.

Purchased this for my brother, and it is a great little device – its also hilarious. Just be ready for all shapes and dimensions of sausage.

Excellent merchandise for the price that will come aside very easily and is a doddle to clean. I obtain it just a bit fiddly to use on my own consequently 4 and not 5 stars normally does precisely what it really should.

It’s a shame this comes with a suction cup – which isn’t particularly good – as opposed to a clamp, but for the money it’s good. It’s a little fiddly to clean, but again – for the money, you can’t really complain.

This review is for the smaller version of this machine. Very easy to use and clean and gives great results. I expected it to be difficult to squeeze the mixture out, but when you have tour consitency right, it is very easy. It all unscrews for easy cleaning and takes up very little room unlike an all in one machine. This is not a mincer and requires you to mince (or use butcher minced) your meat, season, add rusk and mix, before loading into the sausage machine. You don’t get any sausage making items with it i. Skins etc, you will need to buy these separately. I have found the perfect consistency to be500g lean mince500g full fat mince35-45g seasoning (whatever herbs and spices you prefer)100 rusk70g watermix very well, i use a kenwood chef with the k mixer. Load into the sausage machine making sure there is no air pockets. Load on a medium skin about 80cm and turn slowly. I make one big long sausage first, not over filling, you want it full but you should be able to pinch the sausage easily; this is so that the sausage does not split when you put your twists in. The mixture listed above will fill the machine 1 3/4 times and you will get about 18 – 20 regular sausages out of it.

I am amazed at some of the negative comments from people about this machine. It’s less than £20 for god sake . What do you expect ?comments on it supposedly being “aluminium” & should not rust, when nowhere in the advert is aluminium mentioned comments about leakage on the nozzle when the tube obviously was not inserted to its full extent making it absolutely air tight, if you wind the handle back whilst partially full of meat without releasing the front ring to allow air in the tube then it will pull the tube out of its holding ring & unless it is pulled back before winding in again it will leak . The only problem i had is the mince passing the plate & filling up the screw thread, yuk so having a brain, i thought. . & thinking back to getting all your mince from your mincer & not wasting any i thought bread . I filled the machine with meat (from the back) & removed the crusts from a slice of white bread & pushed it in behind the mince. Continued to empty the stuffer & upon opening i found a perfectly formed washer about 3mm thick sealed tight against the back plate & not one single piece of meat had passed it .

It really works well makes filling my sausage cases so much easier and so much quicker to and easy to clean i would give it 5 stars but not like the metel it’s made from i would like to see it in a good plastic finish better for putting the ends on.

Works but as you wind the piston down the barrel the sausage meet squeezes around the plunger, which is a bit of a nuisance. Ok for small quantities occasionally.

This is a fantastic little kitchen tool. It is very well made and much better value than i could have expected for the price i have never made sausages before but since purchasing this item i have been bitten by the bug. It is so easy to do and the quality of sausage is way superior to the rubbish sold in supermarkets. The process of filling the sausage maker is easy and the handle is strong and weighty which is what i like. It is easily disassembled for washing and drying before being put back together again. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try making sausages for themselves.

As mentioned on other reviews, i found that juices leaked back from the sausage mix, so i fitted a small diaphragm which was actually the bottom of a salt container and the problem was solved. Makes excellent bangers and i can’t fault it for value for money.

A little fiddly to use but great once you get the hang of it. I would recommend 2 people to operate this effectively. You can then choose what combination of flavour/fat level you want if your sausages.
