Experienced to replace my aged jml halogen oven as the lid take care of unsuccessful and jml couldn’t change it, hence this order. Much also difficult for me – i should really have bought just a standard model but husband talked me into this just one. . *sigh* as all we do is baked potatoes in it.

      1. This is our 5th halogen type oven over the last 15 years and is the best so far for optional items. The rotiserie is an excellent addition and its so easy to clean. One thing i do not like is the temperature control as it’s not that clear exactly what temp you have selected. If that was digital like everything else and was a bit bigger to maybe justify the high cost it would have 5 starts from me. Worth pointing out that you shouldn’t look at your smart energy meter when this thing is cooking and if you do remember that unlike a conventional oven you don’t need to preheat the oven which is worse. Overall a good buy and excellent delivery. Hopefully it lasts as long as our last one but i have to admit i’m concerned about the cheap temp control.

With the lid fastened it makes lovely chips. I recommend it but do not use the basket unless you wire it together.   15. Had to replace my old jml halogen oven as the lid handle failed and jml couldn’t replace it, hence this purchase. Far too complicated for me – i should have bought just a basic model but husband talked me into this one. . *sigh* as all we do is baked potatoes in it.

    This cooker is fab, have had a few halogen ovens over the years but this is great, a lot lighter than the glass bowl variety, easy to clean and the rotisserie function works brill with joints or whole chickens , the replaceable bulb is a great idea as they do go and previously tricky to replace deff??.

    Had a halogen oven for several years. Used most days instead of big oven. Decided it was time to go for a rotisserie. I found the big glass bowl on my halogen oven heavy to lift as i am 85 years old so this one is no problem. I cook every day so it is getting plenty of use.
